Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, please email Betsy@thisonesforthegirls.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 15-day return period may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at Betsy@thisonesforthegirls.com and include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the item.
